Pricing questions
Is the $1,000 monthly minimum an extra fee?
No. Your accounts and posts count toward it. If they cost less than $1,000 in a month, you pay $1,000. New account setup is separate. The calculator shows both totals.
Do I pay for account setup each month?
No. Setup is $30 for each new account, once. Activation is separate from the first month. The monthly charge is $20 per active account plus $2 per completed post, with a $1,000 minimum.
Who makes the content?
With Infrastructure, you send finished videos and we post them. With Agency or a Launch package, we also make the videos. You approve the direction.
Is a post the same as a new video?
No. A post is one upload to one account. The same video can be used in more than one post. For Agency and Launch, we agree the number of new videos and the content mix before we start.
Are the average views a promise?
No. Average views are based on measured campaign results, not a guarantee. Your written plan sets the minimum views, counting method and campaign period. If we miss the minimum, we continue for up to three months after the campaign ends, then refund the unmet percentage calculated on half the full package fee. At 80% of the minimum, the refund is 10% of the full fee; the maximum refund is 50%. The other half covers the content delivered. Rush launches do not include a minimum unless expressly agreed. Views do not guarantee sales or installs.
Which countries can I choose?
Tell us the countries you need. We check account supply for each market before you commit. Organic reach is not paid-ad targeting, so we cannot promise where every view comes from.
What if a post fails?
The posting rate is per completed post. We agree how retries and failed posts are handled before the run starts. You can track which posts went live in EntireFeed.
Can I change or stop my plan?
Check the term and notice period before you sign. Agency is ongoing work. A Launch package is a one-time project. For a change in accounts, countries or posting volume, we agree the new scope with you first.
