Can I use the videos in paid ads?
Yes. Tell us which TikTok videos you want Spark codes for and we'll send them over, so you can run them as ads.
Does each post mean a new video?
Not always. A post is one upload to one account. We make new videos and new versions of existing ones. If a video does well, or we think it could do better, we change the hook, edit or format to understand why. Then we double down on what gets views.
Are the average views guaranteed?
Average views come from measured campaign results and are not guaranteed. Your written plan sets the minimum, counting method and campaign period. If we miss it, we continue for up to three months after the campaign ends, then refund the unmet percentage calculated on 50% of the full package fee. The other half covers the content delivered.
Do more views mean more sales or installs?
Not on their own. We report views and post results. Your store or app data shows sales and installs. We agree what to measure before we start. We do not promise a set number of sales.
Can I start with a small test?
Yes. We offer one-month pilots. Each pilot is built around the customer's needs, so we agree the accounts, content and goals on a strategy call.
